Trillium is a farm-to-table, chef-owned, fast-casual restaurant serving lunch, dinner, beer, and wine in the heart of Belknap County. They make everything from scratch, using the freshest ingredients possible and creating unique menu items.

It was only fitting to use the beautiful flower the restaurant originated its name. The bold and bright colors of the native flower bring out the fun and youthful spirit of the restaurant.
